These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software product E&D Fiber Architect (the “Software”), a fiber optic cable management tool developed and owned by M. Hassan Ajmal, operating as E&D Fiber Doc (an independent developer based in Pakistan)

2. Service Description
E&D Fiber Architect is a professional fiber optic cable management tool designed to assist network engineers in managing IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) groups, calculating FPP (Fiber Patch Panel) capacity, and exporting detailed Excel reports. The Software is intended to streamline and optimize fiber optic network design and management tasks.
3. Accounts & Security
Account Creation
To use the Software, users must register an account by providing a valid email address and password. The account is required for access to certain features of the Software.
Account Restrictions
The Software allows users to register accounts for a maximum of two hardware devices (HWIDs).
Accounts may not be shared or transferred to others.
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass or circumvent the hardware ID (HWID) security locks or any other security measures implemented by the Software.
By registering for an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
The order and payment process for purchasing the Software is handled by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all transactions related to the Software. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle.com will:
Process all payments and transactions for the Software.
Provide customer service inquiries regarding orders, payment issues, and returns.
Handle returns or refund requests in accordance with their policies.

5. Free Trial & Refunds
