Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all returns and refund requests.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at mhassanajmal1@gmail.com and we will facilitate the request with Paddle.

Paddle's Refund Guidelines:
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
